The Raw on Wheels business is picking up steam, prompting a search for an upgraded prep space. And--bonus--this search has resulted in the introduction of the concept of the raw food chef to numerous area commercial real estate agents.
I say the words, "chef," and "food prep area," and one immediately thought we needed an oven hood and the common full on works of a kitchen, but, wait a minute.. These are "raw food chefs," and they don't cook their food, so none of that is necessary. Our search has lead to beaming ah-ha moments for numerous people. It's refreshing to spread the awareness of this movement.
Increasing public awareness for this crisp, fresh, raw movement can be done in the simplest and most casual of ways.
